Everything we do is done in the best interest of our clients. Trades are executed as cheaply as possible. We receive nothing for trading and base all decisions solely on their efficacy and furtherance of client goals. We sell nothing, so clients will not see loaded mutual funds or other sales-fee laden products in their accounts.
Quarterly Letters – After the end of each quarter we send a personalized letter to each client. We provide a picture of the economic landscape, pertinent market details, performance, and commentary on specific securities in the portfolio.
Custodial Access – Though we direct the investments, client assets are held at a separate institution; for most, TD Ameritrade. Clients have 24/7 online access to their accounts, including real-time holdings, all activity, and an archive of documents.
Personal Attention – We have clients who call us monthly, or annually, or not at all. Some of our clients like to meet in person, others not so much. We receive emails daily from any number of our investors. Some seek account related service; others like to expand the conversation into wider issues of personal finance or world affairs. We welcome all levels of contact with our clients.
Though clients have full access to their accounts, we can serve as a time-saving liaison. Clients ask us to execute wires, issue third party checks, transfer stock-shares to charities, and execute other worthwhile but sometimes arduous transactions. We remove all the hassle when it comes to setting up accounts and transferring assets We are experienced at consolidating retirement plans, handling estates, and assisting beneficiaries and heirs when those occasions arise.
